To be eligible for a return at Envy Beauty Lab + Laser you must satisfy the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging. Returns for kits must include all items in the kit.
- Obtain prior authorization from Envy Beauty Lab + Laser Customer Care.
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days.
To complete your return, please follow these steps.
- Review the entire returns policy.
- If you meet the eligibility requirements, email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
- Carefully package all returned item(s) in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Envy Beauty Lab + Laser is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Shipping Fees Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return providing that Envy Beauty Lab + Laser Customer Care is advised within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Email email@example.com for further instructions.
Shipping Discrepancies Contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies. Envy Beauty Lab + Laser is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.
Allergic Reactions Envy Beauty Lab + Laser products are developed and manufactured under pharmaceutical standards using ingredients that are non-allergenic, however, we understand that some products may not agree with your skin. In the rare event of an allergic reaction to a Envy Beauty Lab + Laser product please advise us immediately via email and include a photo(s) at email@example.com please also stop using the product and wash whatever product you have off your face completely.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to our review. We may deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the Returns Policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer upon request and at customer’s expense.
If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Your bank institution may have additional processing time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is approved, Envy Beauty Lab + Laser processes refunds within approximately 7 business days. If you do not see your refund indicated on your statement within a timely manner, kindly check with your credit card company directly and/or with your banking institution if needed as the timeframe for posting transactions can vary by banking institution.
